Who we are
Talentist was founded by Tuğba Yeler, a senior HR professional with over 17 years of experience across global corporations in pharmaceuticals, banking, consumer goods, and tech. She has held leadership roles in HR strategy, recruitment, organizational development, and transformation, working with diverse teams across Turkiye, EMEA, and beyond.
After nearly two decades of corporate leadership, Tuğba launched Talentist to bring a more human-centered, agile, and globally connected approach to workforce mobility. Today, Talentist focuses on International healthcare staffing – connecting Turkish healthcare professionals with trusted employers in Europe and the Middle East, including hospitals, clinics, and home care agencies.
She combines corporate discipline with entrepreneurial agility and remains personally involved in every project Talentist undertakes, ensuring depth, ethics, and measurable value.
